About

I am the founder and Director of the Starting Over, A Relationship Recovery Workshop for those experiencing divorce, separation or the loss of a significant relationship.
Starting Over began as a result of my own devastating divorce and its’ aftermath. I painfully processed the difficulties of coping and managing a new life as a single adult. It wasn’t easy. I made mistakes, but I learned a lot.

After experiencing one of the most disappointing and emotional times in my life I wanted to help others going through divorce to hopefully avoid some of the miscues I made.  I wanted to provide some real recovery with hope, healing and practical insight that would last well beyond the initial divorce.

Since 1992, the Starting Over Workshop has served over 5,000 participants. I’ve seen the long term impact of divorce on children and as a result we have held simultaneous workshops for children from early elementary through high school.
