We’re Here to Help
Your Executives
Your Executives
Professional executive coaches are increasingly being
used by organizations with astounding success. Many
Fortune 500 companies provide coaching services
to multiple levels of their management teams. These
companies report reduced absenteeism, increased
profits, growth in market share and increased executive
satisfaction.
Restoring and maintaining the effectiveness of
their employees, especially those who are highly
compensated, is a valuable ROI to a large organization. The benefits of an Executive Assistance Program are the renewed commitment it gets from its employees, the high degree of respect gained by Human Resources and/or the CEO, and a cost-effective program that yields results that are quickly seen and long-lasting.
Do you have executives who are going through
a personal crisis of a divorce, separation or the loss
of a significant relationship that can affect their
job performance? Most executives do not disclose personal issues to their colleges, but there is a trickedown effect that touches the teams with whom they work.
As an employer, you know the cost of severance and time to back-fill executive positions. Recovery After Divorce,
wants to help you save money and your valuable employee’s contribution before it shipwrecks them and your company.
Your organization can provide hope and healing for separation and divorce more quickly and effectively through Recovery After Divorce. Executives will learn practical skills to find balance in their midst of turmoil, coping mechanisms to manage their former spouses and children, and find ways to let go of the past and move on and assume new responsibilities. They’ll unpack the depth and impact of divorce upon them and their children and lean how to best respond.

including executives, with divorce, separation or the loss of a
significant relationship through his Starting Over Workshops.

sounding-board who can help them process and move on.

relationships and careers. It also introduces feedback, reduces
negative impact within working environments, and provides
action planning with follow-up into regular work life. Problem-

stress and minimize conflict during each stage of their loss.
Where necessary, Mark can work in conjunction with Human
Resources or another senior executive. Meetings are held by
